1. The King and Law

The supreme authority empowered to issue Laws and Decrees in Kingdom #207 is the King.

1.1. The highest officials in Kingdom #207 are the Hand of the King, the Queen and the Main Judge, appointed by Decree of the King.

1.2. Players with positive Royal titles, Senator and Brave Warrior titles are a privileged group and have additional rights as defined by this Law.

1.3. This Law aims to organise relations between players and clans in Kingdom #207, to protect players of Recognised Clans and to ensure the prosperity of Kingdom #207. To ensure the rule of law in Kingdom #207, the OST clan (Ostrov) is recognised as the Royal Clan until the King issues a Decree changing the Royal Clan, and is granted the corresponding rights and obligations.

1.4. This Law is in force from 06.02.2026 throughout the territory of Kingdom #207. It is binding on all Recognised Clans of the Kingdom.

2. Peace

Peace is established in the Kingdom. Any attacks by players of Recognised Clans in any Events are forbidden.

Attacks by independent players, players and clans recognised as outlaws, players of unrecognised clans and auto-clans are allowed both in cities and on resource tiles. Attacks on and scouting of capitals and forts are prohibited, except for attacks on objects of clans recognised as outlaws and in the case of an official war between clans.

3. Clans

Within Kingdom #207, clans are divided into types; each type has its own rights and obligations as defined by this Law. The types are:

Royal Clan
A clan defined by this Law or by a separate Decree of the King.
Recognised Clans
Clans created by players that have their own Capital and clan territory, clan might of more than 100M, at least 10 players, and the line “Clan abides by Law 207” on the clan wall. The clan must be closed to free entry — only through the approval of the Leader or Superiors.
Royal Clan allies
Recognised Clans listed in the Royal Clan description as allies.
Unrecognised clans and auto-clans
Clans created by the server or by players that do not meet the criteria of a Recognised Clan. Such clans have no rights and are deprived of protection under this Law.

4. Ingots

Players of Kingdom #207, regardless of clan, must send ingots to the treasury. If a city has no dome, it must hand over ingots once every 24 hours.

Any city that has accumulated ingots for more than 24 hours can be attacked by the Royal Clan to collect them.

5. War

Any clan can declare war on another clan. War is conducted either according to the rules agreed by the clan leaders or, if no agreement is reached, without rules.

5.1. At least 24 hours before hostilities begin, the clan declaring war must add a corresponding entry to its clan information, keep it on the clan wall until peace is made, and notify the opponent of the declaration of war. Otherwise, attacks between clans are considered conflicts between players, and attacks on forts and the capital are a gross violation of the Law. A war between clans can be ended by the King’s decision, issued as a King’s Decree and posted in the ROE207** chat. The demand to end the war is binding on the parties.

5.2. Clash for the Throne: both days of CoT are declared peaceful (pre-arranged battles are allowed).

6. Clan territory

Clan territory is the area of the map within the clan’s borders. The territory of a Recognised or the Royal Clan is inviolable; all resources on it belong to the clan, except for Dragon Mounds, Wellspring Ruins, any monsters, crypts and citadels.

6.1. Only members of the clan that owns the territory may attack violators. If the clan cannot defeat the violator by its own means, the Leader or a Superior of that clan may ask any outside players for help in a personal message or in the Kingdom chat.

7. Private property

Any resource tiles built from blueprints are private property and inviolable. Collecting resources without the owner’s agreement is punished by triple compensation. Gold is compensated by placing gold mines with the corresponding amount of gold for the affected player to collect.

Unlawful intentional attacks that knock players off resource tiles are also subject to triple compensation (theft of tar is compensated in silver at a ratio of 1 to 1000).

8. Gathering gold

Collecting Dragon Mounds is available to all players of Recognised Clans.

8.1. Level 10 Dragon Mounds may be collected by Kingdom players with 20M+ might.

8.2. Level 5 Dragon Mounds may be collected by Kingdom players with 10M+ might.

Collection limit: two Dragon Mounds per day (level 5 + level 5) or one level 10 Dragon Mound.

8.3. If the player who registered a resource tile has not occupied it within 10 minutes (reached it and started collecting), the tile may be taken by any other player who meets the requirements of the Law and has first registered it for themselves.

8.4. Registration for Dragon Mounds is in the GOLD207** chat. Write the full coordinates and, below them, the level.

8.5. Collecting gold from Dragon Mounds and hills is prohibited for the Royal Clan OST.

8.6. A player may collect only one Dragon Mound at a time.

9. Tar

Collecting Wellspring Ruins is available to all players of Recognised Clans.

9.1. Kingdom players with 5M+ might may collect level 10 Wellspring Ruins.

9.2. Kingdom players with 1M+ might may collect level 5 Wellspring Ruins.

9.3. Tar may be collected only after mandatory registration in the OIL207** chat.

9.4. If the player who registered a resource tile has not occupied it within 10 minutes (reached it and started collecting), the tile may be taken by any other player who meets the requirements of the Law and has first registered it for themselves.

9.5. One player may collect no more than two Wellspring Ruins at a time.

9.6. Collecting tar from Wellspring Ruins is prohibited for the Royal Clan OST.

10. Collecting silver villages

Collecting level 25 wild silver villages outside clan territories is allowed for any members of Recognised Clans with 1M+ might.

11. Resource collection violators

Violators of resource collection may be attacked without warning. The attacker must meet the collection requirements of the illegally occupied tile and must collect it after a successful attack.

The administrator of the Wellspring and Dragon Mound registration chats may attack violators without the obligation to collect the resource.

12. Titles

The titles of Queen and Hand of the King are granted for the whole reign at the King’s discretion. In the King’s absence, the royal powers granted by the Law pass to the Hand of the King. For the voting day for the new senate, the powers of the Queen and the Hand are extended.

12.1. To obtain positive titles, the player’s Clan Leader submits a request in the TIT207** chat with a justification.

13. Violation of the laws

Any player who violates the laws of the Kingdom may be declared an outlaw by the King, the Queen or the Hand of the King. From that moment the player loses all protection and patronage of the Kingdom and may be attacked anytime and anywhere.

The clan must kick out an outlaw player within 24 hours. If the player is not kicked out in time, the entire clan is declared outlaw.

The punishment remains until lifted by the King or the person who imposed the status. No other clan may accept an outlaw player; a clan that does so is also declared outlaw. The outlaw status is duplicated in the OUTLAW207** chat. If an outlaw player creates their own clan, that clan and all its members are automatically declared outlaws. Outlaw status is automatically extended regardless of a change of King.

Outlaw status can be removed by the King or by the person (body) who imposed it, with a message about it published in the OUTLAW207** chat.

Players who publicly insult other players, use foul language, or are guilty of inciting ethnic or racial hatred may be declared outlaws. Players who systematically and deliberately violate the Law or do not comply with the decisions of the King or other authorised persons may be declared outlaws.

14. Conflicts

  1. First, the players try to reach an agreement between themselves.
  2. If no agreement is reached, the clan Superiors decide.
  3. If the Superiors cannot decide, the clan Leaders decide.
  4. If the clan Leaders cannot decide, the dispute is referred to the Judge.

The decisions of the Judge of the Kingdom are binding on both sides. The Judge is appointed by the King, and their name is published in the COURT207** chat.

15. Judge

15.1. Leaders of Recognised Clans have the right to appeal to the court by sending a request to the Main Judge in the COURT207** chat.

16. Violations and compensation

A player who intentionally attacked a player on any resource tile, with a confirmed log, must compensate the victim’s costs, including troop losses, three times over in silver. The issue must be resolved within 24 hours.

If the player refuses to compensate the damage, the violator’s clan must do it for them; otherwise the Judge may declare the player an outlaw and publish the decision with its reasons in the OUTLAW207** chat.

For a fair hearing, both sides must provide screenshots proving that the player went to an unoccupied resource tile, or other facts relevant to the dispute.

17. Violation of collection rules

For a single violation of the rules for collecting rare resources, chat administrators may ban a player from collecting for up to 30 days. For repeated violations, a player may be declared an outlaw.

18. Royal gifts

Royal gifts are given by the King at their personal discretion.

18.1. To receive a gift, the Leader of the player’s clan must send a petition to the King directly by private message, explaining why the gift is justified. The King reviews the petitions and decides whether to grant the gift.
